2024 Host Club
Oakley Country Club, located in Watertown, will host the Northern Twi League's 2024 season.
Founded in 1895, Oakley is situated on Strawberry Hill, the highest point in Watertown, offering expansive views of the Boston skyline.
Scottish born Willie Campbell was Oakley's original architect.
Oakley has the distinct honor of recruiting the legendary Donald Ross, from Scotland's Dornoch Golf Club, to the United States.
Ross came to Oakley as an instructor and clubmaker in 1899. Untested as an architect at the time, he renovated the club's course in 1900. Famously, Ross went on to change the face of golf in America, designing hundreds of courses, including clubs which are still major championship venues today.
The historical committee at Oakley maintains a rich accounting of the club's entire history.
Oakley will host the Northern Twi League Championship match in September 2024
